Equations
Equations is a non-profit organisation established for research, training and the promotion of holistic tourism. The goal of Equations is to transform the inherently exploitative nature of mass commercial tourism. They question the real benefits of tourism to the host communities as well as its socio-cultural and economic impacts. The activities of Equations include documentation, publication, research, seminars and the investigation of alternative tourism policies and structures.
