CECEM - Centre for Community Development
CECEM is an consultancy organisation with the mission to add values to development programmes. They aim for capacity building in organisational management, community management, and poverty reduction through capacity development. CECEM wants to realize their goal by providing training, consultancies and implementing projects in the fields of adult learning, participatory project management, organisation development, and small and medium enterprises development.
CECEM choose to partner with INGOs, Vietnamese NGOs, bilateral and multilateral projects, development projects funded by the embassies, public organisations, and small and medium enterprises in the rural area.
The key competencies of CECEM are 1) Training and communication, 2) project management, 3) managers' development, and 4) small and medium eterprise development.
