Services and investment in EPA negotiations
The EU is very interested in including liberalization of services and investment and is pushing the ACP to negotiate on these issues. This articles looks at the problems related to the liberalization of "trade in services". Different options for the negotiations are still possible, from refusal to negotiate on services and investments to including liberalization measures.
