The highlights of this Quarterly Case Update include recent OECD Guidelines complaints filed in October 2010 against the UK / Australian mining company BHP Billiton and 4 cotton traders from Francy, Germany and Switzerland that have relations with Uzbek state-owned enterprises. Specific Instances recently closed include the complaint against SHV Holding and Shell, Statoil and Marathon Oil. Other developments have taken place in among other the cases against Cermay, DHL, Goldcorp and Rolls Royce.
