Online complaint form is not going to take away concerns around CETA

Today members of the Dutch Senate will further discuss CETA, the free trade agreement between the EU and Canada. The focus is on a proposal by the European Commission for a complaint mechanism. Up until now, civil society organizations and trade unions lack the instruments to hold companies to account when in comes to sustainability agreements and labour standards. With this new proposal, is the European Commission responding to the widely supported concerns about the legal inequality created by treaties such as CETA?
