Draft chapters from the report ‘Spinning around workers’ rights’ were shared t with garment factories, brands and retailers that we understood to be directly or indirectly sourcing from the spinning mills under investigation. Also, we reached out to several voluntary multi stakeholder improvement initiatives asking them to figure out whether any of their corporate members had direct or indirect sourcing relations with the 29 mills under investigation.

The responses have been processed in the report. A number of companies sent a formal statement for publication on the website.
