Sidonie specialises in researching tax avoidance of multinationals.
Prior to joining SOMO, Sidonie has held various positions in research, programme management and evaluation for NGOs, consultancies and academic institutions based in the UK.
Sidonie has an MA in Globalisation, Business and Development from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS). HFor her Master’s degree she was awarded both Best Overall Performance and Best Overall Dissertation. Her dissertation focused on the impact of the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI) in Zambia. In 2023 it was also ranked as one of two highly commended entrants for the UK National Masters Dissertation Prize of the Development Studies Association (DSA). Besides, Sidonie has a BA in International Development from the University of Sussex, for which she was awarded the Pramit Chaudhuri Memorial Prize for best performance in International Development.
