The Rules of Procedure for the PCM requires that there are external stakeholders on the selection committee, which is important for the independence of and trust in the mechanism. There are no civil society organizations represented on the selection committee of the EBRD in the process of hiring a new officier for the PCM. This CSO letter requests the EBRD to provide more information, and urge them to include external stakeholders.
