Over 300 organisations from more than 90 countries signed a letter to the World Trade Organisation to express their ‘profound and urgent opposition to these proposed negotiations which, if concluded, could result in the full liberalization of the entire (digital) economy, and thus represent a back door attempt to achieve a “WTO 2.0”’.
The network Our World Is Not for Sale(opens in new window) coordinated the letter.
The letter is available in English, (opens in new window) French(opens in new window) and Spanish(opens in new window)
