It’s time to revive the spirit of accountability at the World Bank

The of the World Bank is at the end of a two year lasting review process. An opportunity to reinvigorate the original spirit if accountability that seems to have been lost. The authors argue that the board should strengthen the panel’s mandate and entrust it with the authority to monitor and conduct dispute resolution.
