Corporate strategies to avoid responsibility for human rights abuses ā summary
Corporations around the globe continue to operate with impunity as they often successfully use strategies to avoid responsibility for human rights abuses and environmental damage. This is a summary of an innovative framework meant to better understand how companies remain unaccountable for the negative impacts they produce. Developed by Mind the Gap, a consortium of 11 organisations led by SOMO, the full framework can be found at mindthegap.ngo(opens in new window) . This website also contains a growing database of cases providing evidence for the strategies used.
