Discriminatory practices against agency workers
This paper provides an overview of the current state of affairs concerning temporary agency work and serves as a basis for discussion. The different positions of stakeholders are examined and four detailed case studies are shared that show discriminatory practices in four different countries. The focus lies on the discriminatory impact of temporary agency work (TAW).
