The highlights of this Quarterly Case Update include recent OECD Guidelines complaints filed in October 2010 against the UK / Australian mining company BHP Billiton and 4 cotton traders from Francy, Germany and Switzerland that have relations with Uzbek state-owned enterprises. Specific Instances recently closed include the complaint against SHV Holding and Shell, Statoil and Marathon Oil.
