Daniel Porcel is a Brazilian researcher and Strategic Litigation Intern. He holds a degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Latin American Studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid – UCM.
Throughout his career and activism, he has conducted research on indigenous social movements and States in Latin America, climate justice and worked at the State Department of Education of Espírito Santo in Brazil. Daniel has been collaborating at SOMO with Just Transition topics in the Global South and the carbon offset industry in Brazil.
