Virginia Sandjojo
Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer
Virginia Sandjojo is senior Policy and Advocacy Officer within SOMO’s Advocacy and Networks team and specialises in supporting individuals and communities to realise remedy for corporate-related human rights abuses.
She specialises in corporate accountability standards and grievance mechanisms, particularly the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. She also focuses on strengthening the capacity building of partners. Besides, she has been project manager for several of SOMO’s large-scale collaborative projects, including Mind the Gap, and Together for Decent Leather(opens in new window) .
Virginia holds Master’s degrees in International Business from Maastricht University, History of International Relations from Utrecht University, and an Advanced Master’s in International Development from Radboud University.
