SOMO’s contribution to public consultation on “More room for sustainability initiatives” bill

The “More room for sustainability initiatives” bill is intended to remove obstacles to the creation or the success of sustainability initiatives in which companies cooperate. Currently, such initiatives still run the risk of being overruled by the Authority for Consumers and Markets. SOMO welcomes this initiative but has also made a number of suggestions for improvement and clarification.
