Research on labour disputes at NXP
With this report, GoodElectronics aims to give a detailed account and background of multiple conflicts NXP has with local trade unions in Thailand and the Philippines. GoodElectronics also questions whether these conflicts can entail a business risk for NXP. The report is based on desk research and information from local contacts in Thailand and the Philippines, including GoodElectronics Thailand (GET) and Metal Workers Alliance of the Philippines (MWAP).
