Volksbank wants to implement gender improvements

In a response to the report ‘From glass ceilings to factory floors‘, the Dutch Volksbank indicates that it wants to implement gender improvements in its policy towards clients and investees.
The bank also sees the score ‘representation of women in the senior positions within the bank’ as a serious point for improvement.

Volksbank’s Sustainability Expertise Centre is currently discussing potential improvements with the bank’s relevant departments.
